you are a mother. You are someone’s rock, someones biggest advocate and softest place to rest their head. You are a teacher, provider, chef, hairdresser, playmate, best friend and role model. Don’t you think because you are so important, you should treat yourself accordingly? I know sometimes it’s hard, but here’s me advocating for YOU. Buy that cute shirt and those new jeans. Take a few minutes to yourself to do your hair in the morning even though you’re just going to the grocery store. Indulge in that coffee that costs a couple dollars extra. Look in the mirror and smile at who you see. Tell yourself you love your curves, or your bones, and the exhaustion on your face that’s proof of your motherhood and this life you’re living. Don’t feel bad for letting your child make a mess so you can relax once in a while! Don’t feel bad for doing something that benefits you personally. The happier you are inside, the more you take care of yourself, the better mother you’ll be. You’re beautiful, you’re worth it, and you’re shaping your little ones childhood. Let them remember you smiling. ❤️
